Choose your preferred pickup day and time window online or by getting in touch. Let us know how many bags you have and any special requirements.
Step 01
We arrive at your door during your chosen window. Simply hand over your laundry bag — no need to sort or prepare anything. We'll take it from there.
Step 02
Your laundry is washed with high-quality, gentle detergents, machine dried to a soft finish, and neatly folded and packaged — ready to put straight away.
Step 03
Clean, folded, and neatly packaged — your laundry is returned to your door within 24 hours. We confirm your delivery window in advance.
Step 04
Choose the window that suits your schedule. We confirm your exact pickup time the day before.
Pickup windows are subject to availability. Contact us if you need a time outside these windows.
Standard turnaround
Most orders are completed and returned within 24 hours of pickup — often the very next day.
Larger loads & bulky items
Doonas, blankets, and larger orders may require 48 hours. We will always let you know at the time of booking.

We'll confirm your delivery window in advance so you know exactly when to expect us.

Common Questions
Not necessarily. Many clients leave their laundry bag in an agreed spot — at the front door, in a porch, or with a neighbour. We'll arrange the best option for you at booking.
We provide our own Peninsula Laundry Care bags — just use the bag we supply. A standard bag holds approximately 6–8 kg of laundry. If you need an extra bag, just let us know.
We use high-quality, gentle detergents as standard. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a preferred detergent, please let us know at booking.
Yes — many of our regular clients have a standing weekly or fortnightly pickup. Get in touch to set up a recurring schedule.
We ask for 12–24 hours notice where possible. Please contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you.
