Pricing is based on a standard bag fill. Overfilled bags, bulky bedding and heavily soiled items may incur additional charges.
About our laundry bags
Our Peninsula Laundry Care bags hold approximately 13 kg of laundry when full — roughly 3–4 standard laundry baskets. We provide the bag, you fill it.
Free pickup & delivery
Across Frankston, Mornington and surrounding suburbs on the Peninsula. No extra charge.
Priced Separately
Bedding & Bulky Items
Large bedding items are priced separately from our standard laundry bags due to machine capacity and drying requirements.

Good to Know
Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 12–24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup. This allows us to offer your time slot to another customer.
Missed Pickup
If we arrive for a scheduled pickup and no one is home or laundry is not ready, a missed pickup fee may apply. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Liability
We take great care with every item. However, Peninsula Laundry Care is not liable for pre-existing damage, colour bleeding, or shrinkage caused by incorrect garment labelling. We recommend flagging any delicate or high-value items at the time of booking.
Payment
Payment is required prior to or upon delivery for private clients. NDIS participants are invoiced through their plan manager or self-managed funds.
